Nature and Scope of Services
Bring Peace is a mental health platform built to support individuals, students, employees, and organizations in achieving psychological well-being. We offer a wide range of services including individual therapy sessions, group therapy, psychological assessments, well-being webinars, and institutional programs like Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) and Student Assistance Programs (SAP). These services may be delivered in-person, via video calls, or telephonic conversations hosted on or linked through our platform. Bring Peace also provides curated self-help tools, professionally reviewed content, mood tracking, goal setting, psychoeducational resources, and other forms of mental wellness tools tailored for user engagement and growth.
Users may interact with the platform in multiple ways including but not limited to booking appointments, accessing self-help resources, participating in surveys or assessments, engaging with therapists via phone or video calls, or being part of workshops. All these services are designed to maintain privacy, empathy, and clinical integrity. Our professionals operate under professional codes of ethics and confidentiality agreements as per national and international guidelines. Bring Peace, however, reserves the right to update, modify, suspend, or terminate any of its services or offerings without prior notice if required for operational or legal purposes.
Disclaimer Regarding Emergency Situations
Bring Peace is not a crisis intervention platform and does not replace medical or emergency services. We are not equipped to manage situations that involve acute psychological crises, suicidal ideation, self-harm, psychotic episodes, substance withdrawal emergencies, or other forms of life-threatening or medically critical conditions. If you or someone you know is in immediate danger or requires urgent psychiatric or medical help, we strongly advise contacting emergency services or visiting the nearest hospital. Our therapists and support staff are not trained or positioned to handle emergencies of such nature, and reliance on the platform during such situations is inappropriate and discouraged.
User Eligibility and Agreement
By accessing Bring Peace, users confirm that they are at least 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into contracts under the Indian Contract Act, 1872. For users under 18 years, consent must be given by a parent or legal guardian who must also agree to abide by the Terms outlined in this document. Misuse of the platform, including providing false information, impersonation, or engaging in abusive behavior with mental health professionals or other users, will result in immediate suspension or termination of services without notice.
Intellectual Property and Content Use
All content available on bringpeace.in, including text, graphics, videos, logos, branding, trademarks, session formats, assessments, and methodologies, is the intellectual property of Bring Peace Wellness Private Limited unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized use, reproduction, duplication, distribution, modification, transmission, or publication of any content without prior written consent from Bring Peace is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Service Limitations and Therapist Role
Bring Peace serves as a technological enabler that facilitates interaction between users and mental health professionals. While we undertake a rigorous verification process to onboard qualified and licensed therapists, we do not hold clinical responsibility for therapeutic outcomes. Therapists on our platform are independent practitioners who determine the course, frequency, and format of treatment as deemed clinically appropriate. They may at any time recommend the termination of therapy, suggest alternative treatments, or refer the client to offline or emergency care if the platform’s services are no longer suitable.
We cannot guarantee consistency in therapist availability due to personal or professional commitments. We will, however, strive to ensure continuity of care by facilitating transitions or replacements when necessary. Users are encouraged to provide honest and complete information during sessions, as therapists’ recommendations are based entirely on the data shared by users.
Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy
All services on Bring Peace are to be paid for in advance unless stated otherwise under promotional or institutional agreements. Payment methods may include debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, or third-party gateways. Payment confirmation is mandatory before booking confirmation. In the event of cancellation, rescheduling, or refund requests, users must refer to our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Bring Peace reserves the right to decline refunds if sessions are missed without prior intimation or if the service has already been partially or fully delivered.
Privacy and Data Protection
Bring Peace takes the privacy of user data seriously. All interactions, session records, personal health information, and user behavior data are stored securely and handled with confidentiality in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Data may be accessed only by authorized personnel for the purpose of delivering or improving services, complying with legal requirements, or upon user request for review or deletion, as allowed by law. Users who access Bring Peace through a third-party such as an employer or institution acknowledge and agree to the limited sharing of anonymized or relevant data with said third-party under the scope of the partnership agreement.
Termination and Suspension of Services
Users may terminate their relationship with Bring Peace at any time by submitting a request through the platform or via email. Termination will not absolve the user from pending payments. Bring Peace also retains the right to terminate any user account if found in violation of these Terms, privacy breaches, abuse of platform functionality, or legal non-compliance. Therapists may independently terminate engagement with a client if therapeutic boundaries are crossed, ethical concerns arise, or if continuing therapy is no longer deemed beneficial.
Jurisdiction and Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes or legal actions arising in connection with these Terms shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajkot gujarat. Users agree not to bring any class-action lawsuit against Bring Peace and accept individual arbitration or court procedures for any claims.

Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, along with our Privacy Policy and Cancellation & Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between the user and Bring Peace Wellness Private Limited and supersede any prior agreements, written or oral.
